Nice error - or is it an error?

After restarting my machine after installing latest Windows upates from last Patch Tuesday, my machine showed me this error message:

Well, I can't really decide if it is an error or not.

Oh, and it's not realted to Windows Updates at all... It's from ApacheMonitor.exe.

It has nothing to do with updates. It appears after every restart. It's just that I rarely turn off or reset the machine, but this time I had to for upgrade to finish.

hm...strange..i updated other software to, but never got this kind of message.....
