There might be more machines with .Net Framework installed than one
might think. It's not new, but I just realized that latest ATI drivers
require the .Net Framework to run! Ok, not the actual drivers itself,
but ATI Catalyst Control Center.
ATI probably has a lot of C++ programmers lying around. No doubt they
could do it in C++ just as good. Well, probably better. This sucker is
actually so slow that I might revert my drivers to old ones.
I have no idea why would ATI do something like that, but it's fine with
me. I personally experienced what a pain in the but user can be, when
trying to convince them to download and install 22 mb of something that
doesn't even have any icon.
